Important note
The itinerary, arrival and departure times, ship facilities, and activities may be subject to change based on actual operations and cruise company instructions. Some restaurants, activities, and services may incur additional charges. Cruise passengers do not need a Türkiye visa for short tourist visits to Turkish ports as long as they arrive and depart on the cruise ship and the visit does not exceed 72 hours within the port city or nearby areas.
If your travel itinerary includes entering or leaving Türkiye by air, such as starting or ending your cruise in Türkiye, you may need a visa depending on your individual travel status.
For Egyptian passport holders: travelers under 15 years old or over 45 years old may apply for an e-Visa without the additional supporting-visa requirement. Travelers aged 15 to 45 may apply online if they meet the eligibility requirements, including holding a valid Schengen / USA / UK / Ireland visa or residence permit, as well as any airline requirements when entering Türkiye by air.
Apply online yourself through the official Türkiye e-Visa platform, or ask El Habashy Travel Customer Care to assist with the e-Visa application for eligible travelers for EGP 2,800 per person.
If you are not eligible for an e-Visa, we can help you prepare your documents for an application through Voya Visa, the authorised Türkiye visa application centre in Egypt.
Cruise Travel Documents
A passport valid for at least 6 months + confirmed cruise booking / voucher + any visa or travel authorisation required according to the traveler’s individual status.
If You Need to Apply Through Voya Visa
Prepare a passport valid for at least 6 months with at least one blank page + copies of your passport and previous visas + two recent 4×6 biometric photos + a stamped bank statement covering the last 6 months and issued within 10 days of application + an HR letter for employees, or commercial registration and tax card for business owners, or a student enrollment certificate for students.
The required travel insurance is issued through Voya Visa, and the embassy may request additional documents depending on the applicant’s case.
